How to create quality content that people will actually share

It's content marketing 101: content is the foundation of your marketing campaign. Your content should be engaging, informative, and valuable to the reader. It should also speak to a particular problem or need that it offers an answer for. But content doesn't have to just be text-based!

Define High-Quality Content

High-quality content, according to content marketing expert Joe Pulizzi, is content that's "useful and relevant to your ideal customer."

It should also provide a solution or answer for whatever problem it has been created to solve. To create content like this, you need to research the various topics within your industry in addition to finding out what kinds of problems exist.

Pullizi added that high-quality content is also "unique content that hasn't been published elsewhere." This means it should be content created solely by you or your team.

High-quality content can take on many forms, such as blog posts, articles, videos, infographics, and ebooks. Which content form you choose will depend on your content marketing strategy and the results of your content research.

You should also consider how long it takes to create a piece of high-quality content because this will help determine whether or not you have time for it in your content creation schedule.

High-quality content is the key to content marketing success. Content Marketing Institute (CMI) claims that content is one of the most effective ways to promote your business and that according to the result of the 2017 Content Management & Strategy Survey of CMI, almost half of the interviewed marketers plan to use content so that they can reach new and potential customers.

However, creating high-quality content is not that simple. an article said that many marketers don't know how to use and optimize content marketing. Add to that the findings of CMI and Marketing Profs that 63% of businesses do not document their content strategy.

Creating content that people will share and engage in is another thing. For marketers, it is important to understand what makes content marketing work. And there is a lot that goes into it.

As such, below is a guide on how to create high-quality content that people will share.

Find Your Target Audience

Your target audience is the most important factor in creating content that people will share. It is critical to understand your target audience and what they care about before you even think of creating a piece of content. The more relevant the topic or solution is, the greater chance you have at engaging potential customers right away.

Finding your target audience is not always easy. You need to do your homework and understand how they behave, what their needs are, where you can find them online or offline.

Once you have a solid understanding of who your target audience is, it becomes easier to create content that will engage with this group of people.

Building your content around them will help to ensure that it reaches those most likely to share with others.

Identify the demographics and psychographics

In getting to know your target audience, you need to understand the demographics of who your customers are. This includes their age, gender, and occupation among other things.

You also need to know what psychographic is associated with them. If you already have some content on your site that engages people, look at the demographic information first before delving into this aspect more deeply.

For example, if you are selling baby clothes, your audience is likely to be parents with small children.

Defining the demographics and psychographic of your audience will help you immensely in creating content. It will also help you in the future when it comes to developing campaigns, creating ad copy, and deciding on what content will be more effective.

Keep these things in mind as you create your posts so that they are appealing to everyone who reads them!

Segment your target audience

Segmenting your target audience based on gender. In this case, its a group of women.
https://www.streamlinehq.com

In creating content, segmenting your target audience is another thing to do. "Segmenting" means splitting content up into different groups.

For example, you might want to create content for men and women separately because they are looking for different things from your product or service.

The content should be tailored to their needs, so it is more specific and relevant to them as individuals.

To make this a success, you will need solid research of the market segment to know how best to reach each group by understanding what motivates them and what keeps them up at night to give it the right content strategy for their needs.

You also want people who identify with those particular personas, like introverted or extroverted personality types, if possible, matched against other behavioral factors such as age brackets (younger vs. older generations).

Research Viral Content Based on Target Audience

You'll want to research content that has already been created in your niche. Viral content based on your target audience can help you find inspiration or show what type of content they like and don't like.

You can use BuzzSumo to identify the most popular pieces of content in your niche, including keywords people used when searching for that particular topic, how long articles are on average (are short articles more likely to be shared?), who shared the content, and which articles are trending up or down in popularity.

While you're researching viral content based on your target audience's interests, take notes about what exactly they seem interested in sharing. You can do this by using Google's keyword planner or other tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, and BuzzSumo

Researching popular content on social media outlets and sites such as Buzzfeed is also a great idea!

To find inspiration for content creation: keep an open mind when brainstorming new topics. This will help you in finding new angles for your content.

Make sure you are also creating shareable content!  People will not want to pass along something that they cannot understand or find value in sharing with their friends and family members.

Don't forget about mobile users when writing content, as Google rewards pages are optimized specifically for smaller devices (such as smartphones) in search results.

Conduct keyword research by using Google's Keyword Tool and other resources. YouTube Trends or Facebook Insights tools are some examples.

Analyze popular content in those categories through sites like BuzzSumo or Alltop. Look at social media profiles to get a sense of current trends, such as hashtags used (Facebook) or tags used on Instagram.

Talk to your readers/target audience

Talking to your readers or target audience is a great way to obtain information on what type of content they are craving. If you have any existing customer base, it may be worth looking for any contact details you can find so that you can conduct some surveys or interviews with them.

Creating content that is going on in society today or related to politics, will most likely capture people's attention because they're interested. Thus, they'll be more likely to write responses to your content (a form of engagement), share it on social media, and give you feedback.

People are more likely to share content that they find interesting or content that they think others will find interesting; keep this in mind when creating content.

This content also needs to be valuable or interesting enough to want to interact with it in some way, shape, or form—it doesn't matter if they're negative comments as long as the content is seen!

Create topic around keywords, so Google finds your article more easily

A male optimising the search engine by creating topic around keywords that Google can find easily.
https://www.streamlinehq.com

Content writing or creating content isn't an easy task. It takes time, effort, and patience to write content that people would want to share on their pages or platforms. For example: If you're writing content for a blog post, the content needs to provide value in some way so readers can benefit from it and then share with others who could also get something out of it.

The content you create needs to be shareable for it to go anywhere, so make sure the content resonates with people enough that they want to tell their friends about it or share it on social media. Popular content is shared more often than content that isn't seen as interesting by readers.

To ensure that your content will be seen, you need to take advantage of Google. If you write content around keywords, Google will be more likely to find it.

This should help to ensure that your content is being seen by the right people.

Conduct a quick email survey

Quick and easy email surveys are a great way of finding out what content your audience wants to see.

I recommend sending an email to anyone who's signed up for updates from you, asking them two questions:

What content do they want more of?

Which types of content are most helpful to them in their job role?

Through these, you'll get a good idea of what content you need to write more about, and how it can be better.

As I mentioned before, content needs to be relevant if people are going to share it. The easiest way to ensure this is by creating content that's based on the feedback from your email survey—and then promoting it like crazy.

Check the blog's comment section

The comment section is a great way to find out what content your audience wants to see.

It can be difficult sifting through the comments. So, I recommend setting up a "comments" blog post on your site that you can filter by topic and have everyone share their thoughts.

Your blog's comment section is a minefield of content ideas. It means that content is content that people are engaged in. The comments section of your blog can be an invaluable resource for content ideas, but only if you use them right. Check out this post for inspiration on how you can use content curation and aggregation with your unique voice.

You might be surprised at how engaged people are in telling you what content they want more of!

Read the feedbacks on niche review sites

Niche review sites such as Capterra, Gartner, and CIO give excellent content feedback to help you know what type of content is most valuable. It helps you with your content writing as it can give you content ideas.

For example, if you're creating a blog post about customer service software solutions for hospitals looking to modernize their technology, reading reviews on this site will tell you all the facets of these types of content your audience would love!

Join online professional communities

Online professional communities are a great way to get content ideas, as you will get feedback from other professionals who are in the know.

People love sharing content about how social media is revolutionizing knowledge sharing for organizations with cutting-edge strategies to share content with their followers, joining communities like LinkedIn will give you content ideas!

Online professional communities are a great way to get content ideas, as you will get feedback from other professionals who are in the know.

Scan your competitors' contents

In content writing or creation, it's important to do your research. Your competitors' contents are a great way to find content topics that are generating buzz and engagement.

For example, if you're writing content for an online shoe store looking to sell men's shoes, scanning your competitors' content will show you what types of content people share the most on social media about men's shoes.

In this way, content creation for content marketing becomes somewhat easier.

Conduct research on industry trends

Trends are always changing on social media, so research industry trends before coming up with your idea for content.

Researching industry trends (e.g., content about "what to wear in the office this summer") can help you develop content ideas that are relevant now and will continue to be worth sharing as things change over time.

The best content is typically anything relatable, informative, or entertaining - but most importantly, it needs to have a clear call to action at the end (so people share it).

Check reviews in B2B and B2C sites

https://www.streamlinehq.com

Checking B2B and B2C sites can be a great way to see what content people are sharing and interacting with. This should give you an idea of the content types that work best for your business, as well as potential opportunities to create content that will get shared by others.

B2B and B2C sites are good sources of content ideas for your industry. Blogs, articles, and content pieces from these sites can give you a better idea about what content is currently popular in the market.

If you're feeling stuck with content creation - try looking at other industries or people outside of your company to create new inspiration.

You might find an article that could provide some much-needed creativity and information on trends that are relevant today.

Takeaway: If you want content that gets shared often then it needs to be relevant now and continue to be relevant months down the road.

List Down Your Content Ideas

Listing down your content ideas can help you get your content creation process started. This will help you get organized and start building content that can be shared.

Listing down ideas is also helpful because once you write out content ideas, you can then expand on them and create more in-depth content.

Listing content ideas should be done before executing a content creation process because these are the things you will need to determine beforehand. This includes topics, length of content, tone of voice, keywords used for SEO purposes, and so forth. It's not just about content ideas, it's also important to know what your content is going for.

You also need to have a content calendar and an editorial plan in place, so that you can set yourself up for success.

You need to know what content you will be creating and when it will be published. If you don't do this, then your content won't have the same impact that it could've had if you did publish content consistently.

Always have a reserve of content ideas

A reserve of ideas ensures that content will be relevant and up to date.

If you don't have content ideas, take the time to think about what content would help solve a problem or question your customer has.

What content do they want and need? Take advantage of this information by creating content that will get them closer to their goal - whether it's buying a product from you or hiring someone like yourself, for example.

The more specific topics are -- the better chance people will share these pieces of content as well!

Choose a topic

In content writing or creation, choosing your topic from your content idea list is crucial.

You don't want to create content on a topic that will not motivate people to take action and share it with their friends, family, or colleagues.

Topics may range from marketing content writing to content that is informational-based. Your topic will be the content that is created, so be sure to choose it wisely - content writing matters!

Conduct research on your chosen topic

Your chosen topic needs to be researched thoroughly, and content writing is the perfect avenue to do so.

Research can be done in many different ways, including looking for content that has already been created on your topic of choice using a content aggregator online like BuzzSumo or Ahrefs - a content creation tool. You may also conduct surveys and interviews with people who are experts on your subject matter, and sometimes, you need to travel to different parts of the world to gain first-hand insight.

Whether content creation is easy or hard depends on your topic because not all content needs to be difficult to create - content writing tips! For example, creating an article about how you can cook a delicious dish may take more time than it would for creating content that talks about content writing best practices.

Once you have done your research, it is time to start creating content - content creation tools! Start by making an outline of what points you will cover in your article or blog post and how they are interconnected with each other.

At the end of this step, make sure that all content is written in a way that is easy to read and understand. If you have some content that sounds too complicated, consider rewriting or rephrasing the content so everyone can enjoy reading your blog post or article!

In addition, don't forget about proper punctuation - creating content without formatting will decrease how shareable content is. Instead of having long sentences content, try creating content in short paragraphs.

But, proper research needs some citation, which brings us to the next point.

Cite relevant and current studies or data

Relevant, up-to-date studies or data will make content more credible and help you provide evidence to back up your points. Evidence is important. It makes your content more believable and will allow the content to get shared.

When you cite studies, be sure to include the author and date of publication and the full link to the article or study so readers can easily find it if they want more information about your content's topic.

It is also important that you show how this research relates to your content in some way - share findings, implications, etc.

This should only take a few minutes at most but helps make the content better!

Craft catchy headlines

A male writing out a blog content on his computer, thinking of catchy headlines.
https://www.streamlinehq.com

Great content always starts with a great headline that captures the reader's attention and leads them to read more content. Catchy headlines are important because content on the internet is very competitive and you want the content to get noticed.

Craft a catchy headline by making it short, including keywords that relate to your content's topic or theme, using numbers for lists if they apply, avoiding clichés or hyperbolic language too much. You can also use puns in headlines - just be careful as they may not be as effective as content becomes more established.

Avoid clickbait or sensationalized headlines that promise content that doesn't match the headline - this will only frustrate users and lead to them either ignoring future content, or worse leaving a bad review since you promised one thing but didn't deliver.

How to create strong headlines

A strong headline can make content enjoyable and easy to digest. Thus, creating strong headlines is a key content strategy.

Headlines are one of the most important parts of content because they influence what people will read and how much time they spend on content. A headline also determines whether someone clicks through to your content or not, since it's only a few words long.

If you can't catch their attention with those few words, then there is no content.

So how do you create a strong headline? You can start by looking for content online.

Some of the headlines that work well for content marketing include:

- "How XYZ company increased profits by 100%."

- "What are the best content ideas according to marketers?"

- "The latest trends in content strategy."

Consider starting with a question or statement that captures interest or intrigue, followed by one of two things: what is new about it (the answer) or why it's important (why this information matters).

Be sure not to bury your lead within the sentence - get right into your high point! This way, readers will know quickly if they want more content from you.

Check headline quality using a free tool

Some headline generators will automatically generate content based on your keyword.

Here are some free tools:

A headline analyzer from the Content Marketing Institute to see how well you satisfied their criteria for a good content title.

Hemingway App checks if readability is appropriate and can be analyzed in various ways like character types (complexity), sentence length, word count, etc.

Create Compelling Introductions

Introductions to your content are critical. They're the best way to hook readers with your content and make them want to keep reading.

Here are some ways to craft content that will introduce your message by creating a connection between the content, information, and the reader. You can ask questions immediately after writing an introduction or give them something valuable to keep reading like extra content at the end of the blog post.

Introductions should answer these questions:

What is this content?

Why do you care about it?

How will it impact their life or business if they consume what you've written?

Hook your readers/audiences

Take advantage of people's natural curiosity about what others are doing or thinking! It gets them thinking, "What if this is true for me?"

The hook in your content is what grabs your readers' attention. It's the content that makes people interested enough to continue reading.

Introductions are crucial because they set up your content marketing strategy and help readers decide whether or not to invest their time in your content.

Make the Content Your Own

A home chef making a vlog to upload online as she is trying to stand out and include unique tricks.
https://www.streamlinehq.com

It's important to differentiate your content from other content creators. As such making your content own will help you stand out from your competitors.

It doesn't necessarily mean that content has to be entertaining and humorous all the time, but it does need to resonate with your audience so they can relate or learn something new.

Include your unique perspective

Your unique perspective, storytelling, content, and voice are important in creating your content. Don't be afraid to take risks! Including your unique perspective will help you create content that people want to share. It also differentiates your content from other content creators.

Remember, content doesn't have to be entertaining and humorous all the time. It does need to resonate with your audience so they can relate or learn something new.

Integrate your data and experiences

This content is more personal. Integrating your data and experiences will help you stand out from content that has been shared and repurposed.  Your content will feel fresh and unique, which is important if you want people to read it instead of skipping over your content because they've seen the same content somewhere else before!

Don't be afraid to share content that isn't traditionally "marketing" related! You might find something interesting and valuable just because of how different it is.

Look for ways to stand out

Standing out is a must, especially in the online world. You want to be the content that people read and share.  Don't forget, it's perfectly okay if your content is different from what everyone else has written!

Integrate personal data and experiences into content whenever possible. This will help you stand out from content that has been shared and repurposed multiple times before.

Your content will be original and shareable content will follow.

During the writing process, you should have some sort of goal in mind that highlights your content's value to readers. If it isn't something people care about or find interesting, then there is no point in creating content on this topic!

Your content doesn't have to be serious and boring-have some fun with it! To stand out, you can experiment with content formats, graphics, and video.

To create content that people will share, you have to make it worth sharing!

You should also spice up your content from time to time! It's important when making content worthy of a click, which means doing something remarkable or different from everyone else out there.

Plan your approach to writing

Writing good quality content is a lot like planning for battle.

It's important to know your audience, what content they want and how you're going to present it interesting so that people will enjoy reading it.

Once content has been created with the end-user in mind, the process becomes easier because all bases are covered!

Tell an Engaging Story With Your Content

Engaging content is content that has a strong emotional connection. Telling an engaging content story is simply about connecting content back to the reader.

The content story needs to be relatable and relevant, stimulating an emotional response in your audience that compels them to share it with their friends.

This means it's content that provides people with something informative, insightful, or entertaining.

When you engage someone emotionally, they are more likely to interact with your content and share it for others to see!

Make your content relatable

Relatable content always seems to be content that people want to share.

Tell your readers a story and make them feel like they're part of the content, not just reading it.

Add in anecdotes from your own life or successes for others so they can see how what you're talking about applies to their lives too.

This helps readers connect with what's being discussed on-screen and provides an opportunity for engagement by allowing comments and other forms of interactivity.

Validate your readers/target audience's opinions

This is content marketing 101. The reason people share content on social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn isn't just because it's amusing or interesting to them—it's also because they feel validated by the content itself.

Suppose you can create content that validates a reader/target audience's opinion in some way. In that case, chances are your content will be shared more often than not.

Appeal to your readers/target audience's values

What do your readers/target audience care about?

They already spend a significant amount of time with content, so you have to offer them something they need.

Suppose you don't know the answer to this question. In that case, it's worth figuring out before investing any more time or money into creating content that won't resonate with anyone.

The goal is for people who read your content to remember what they've seen and make changes based on that content and thus become an advocate for it (sharing it with others).

Make Your Content Useful

A blogger listening to feedback on what areas interest the readers. Make content that is useful to the readers.
https://www.streamlinehq.com

Useful content is always in demand! Make content that is useful to the reader. Appeal to their interests. This will help them remember what they read and apply it.

For content to be useful, you need to inform people about something that matters to them.

If your content is interesting or entertaining as well as helpful, so much the better! People like content that entertains and helps at the same time.

Many marketers make the mistake of creating content that is entertaining, but not very useful. This content might be fun to read, but people will probably forget all about it after they're done reading it.

Address a question or problem

A question or problem is content that is useful and would be a good fit for your blog.

Keep in mind the content should also be something you can answer. If, after doing some research, it turns out you don't have an answer to that question, then this isn't the right content type for your blog either.

People like content that entertains and helps at the same time. Many marketers make the mistake of creating content that is entertaining, but not very useful. This content might be fun to read, but people will probably forget all about it after they're done reading it.

Some people will have questions. If your content can answer any questions, it's a great way to get people engaged with the content.

Respond! You should respond when there's interaction on your blog post - whether they comment, ask a question, etc. This lets them know that their voice has been heard and will increase the likelihood of returning.

Provide a step by step information On Addressing The Question Or Answering The Problem

Providing a step by step information on addressing a question or answering a problem is content that people will share. This content is useful because it helps them solve a problem or answer a question they have, so the next time someone has this same issue, your content can help them too.

Explain! Good content explains a concept in detail for people to understand it better. This content is usually backed up with research and facts.

Include a call to action

A call to action should always be included at the end of content pieces—this is where you ask for something! It could also include asking questions if there are any lingering thoughts or ideas surrounding content subject matter after finishing the content.

Including a call to action in content, pieces will prompt readers to take action and engage with your content. This can be by commenting on the content piece, sharing it, or subscribing to a newsletter that you send out via email marketing campaigns.

Include at least three linkable assets. Linkable assets are documents or files that include information about something being discussed in the content. These could include blog posts, content pieces, or articles that discuss the same topic as your content.

Make the Most of Trending Topics

There will always be trending content topics—and it's important to make the most of them! People want to know about trends right now, and sharing content on these topics, like an article or video with a unique perspective, can go viral.

Trending topics are something that content marketers should be aware of and, when possible, make the most of. When you share content that aligns with a trending topic not only will your content get exposure from people searching for it but also because other content publishers may reference or link to your piece in their content.

A good example is the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge. It blew up on social media. And content publishers, like newspapers and websites, latched onto it by creating content that discussed the challenge in more detail or shared a unique perspective on the topic—the kind of content people were already searching for and sharing.

Once you come up with an idea for content remember to research what other content is out there related to that idea. It's a good practice to see what content is already being shared and discussed so you can figure out how your content will bring something new to the table while still providing value.

Look for trends that fit your content

It's a good thing to find trends that fit your content idea. Be sure to jump on them before they lose steam.

Things like the Olympics, natural disasters, or significant world events are always good content ideas. They will likely have people curious about your content piece if you get it up early enough.

If there's a trending hashtag tweeted millions of times, don't hesitate to use it in your content. There's no point trying to force something new when there is already plenty out there!

Create your content around trends

In creating content around trends, you need to make sure you're creating content around content others will want to share. For instance, if your content is about a certain topic and it's the only one on that particular subject people haven't seen before, they'll be more likely to click through and read what you've written.

Be mindful of reader expectations, too, this way they don't click through expecting content they won't find.

If you're creating content for a certain brand, think of what people would like to know about your product or service and create content around that. Think outside the box when it comes to how you go about doing this, too! With so many brands jumping on board with new content marketing campaigns, content is everywhere. To stand out against the competition and get people to click through and read your content, you need to create content that's unique, original, and engaging.

Inspire People

A creator and reader having an interactive dialogue across social media platforms through their phone.

Inspiration is an important factor in content creation because it will make people share content and be interested.

And that goes for you as well: when someone reading your content is inspired, they might want to feel like they're making a difference by sharing their ideas with others too.

Inspiring people are more likely to share content, so make sure you're inspiring people with your content.

Trigger Inspiration

Include content suggestions to help people navigate their internet experience, such as personal blogs you love or books to check out on a topic they're interested in reading about.

This creates an interactive dialogue between content creators and readers that will have them coming back for more!

Triggering inspiration is something content creators are always looking for, so make sure you're inspiring people with your content.

Give them inspiring quotes

Inspirational quotes will certainly make your readers feel good about themselves and content to come back for more! This means that content will be shared with your readers' friends, families, and other content creators just like you.

Giving out inspiring quotes can help in content creation and content sharing, which is what you want!

Give them content that they can share on social media platforms, such as

Facebook or Instagram

This way, you're able to get your content viral with just one click of a button. Remember, not all posts need to be long-form either; short videos are also great for getting people engaged in the topic right away. The result is quality content that will inspire people who may feel down or uninspired before coming across it. You're reminding them why life matters so much while giving them some tools along the way.

Find out Your Readers’/Audiences’ Motivation

Different folks have different motivations, so it's important to figure out what drives your content. Your readers' or audiences' motivation will determine whether your content will be successful or not. If you're writing content for a blog, it can be as simple as asking what they want to know about the topic.

Below are some of the motivations:

To gain social approval

Social approval has always been sought after; content creators need to know what their readers/audiences want.

For example, do they prefer inspirational content or more about the facts of a topic? Content that is helpful in day-to-day life versus just being informative may be more likely to go viral if it's not too long and dense for people who don't have time to read lengthy articles all at once.

To communicate

Communication is the key to content that will go viral.

Is your content about a certain topic you know well? If so, it may be worth adding more of yourself into the content- writing in the first person or from experience if possible.

If not, research what is happening and write with conviction to give readers an accurate account of events without presenting opinions as facts.

To get support for one's ideas

Don't forget the content you create also needs to be relatable; there are many motivational speakers but only so much room on social media feeds!

You will find content with a universal appeal by focusing on your audience's struggles rather than telling them how great everything is going in their lives.

To be entertained

Entertainment is also content. A content creator's job is to make their content as engaging and interesting for the reader as possible, so they keep coming back for more—and share that content with others.

People always want to consume content that will bring them some sort of entertainment. What content can amuse your audience?

Incorporate subtopics

After going in-depth with your topics, it's a great idea to focus on the subtopics. Sub-topics can be broken down into more sub-topics and so forth.

It's important to include content that your audience will find useful, even if it doesn't directly relate to the main topic you're writing about. You can use this content as part of a process or series—for example, design tips for blogs posts with great visuals could be broken down into content that will help you choose a great topic, how to research content ideas, and choosing the correct keywords for your content.

Look for subtopics related to your idea

Subtopics are also a great content idea. For content to be catchy and noticeable, it needs a hook or point of view that sets it apart from the rest of the content on that topic.

By incorporating subtopics into your content, you can create something unique for your audience while keeping them informed about current industry events.

Subtopics that are related to your idea can also help you come up with content ideas.

For example, if your idea is content writing, a subtopic can be how to find the right content for an audience or tips and tricks content writers use in their work.

Choosing keywords that are associated with your content will make it easier for search engines to display specific results when people look for content related to your idea.

Create contents of your subtopics

Creating content for your subtopics is a great way to build content around your idea.

These contents will make it easier for people who are searching the web looking specifically for content about specific subtopics related to your main content idea.

Just like with any other content, you want the contents of your subtopic ideas to be educational and informative so that readers can learn something from them. You should also make sure that your content is quality content so people will share it.

Creating content that people will share can be difficult, but by taking all of these steps into consideration you should see an improvement in the content you're creating and sharing on social media platforms.

Make sure to include a link out button at the end. This way, readers can find more information about topics they want to learn more about. You'll also increase traffic on your site by driving people offsite where they might not have found you otherwise!

Use different kinds of contents

It's a great idea to use different kinds of media to communicate. This will help you create variety and content that people will share.

You can also use content to illustrate your point. People are more likely to share content when they see visuals attached. Use different kinds of media, like infographics or images is a great way for you to communicate your ideas excitingly and creatively!

Add shareable videos and images

Keep their attention with visuals. It doesn't matter how great your content might be if someone only reads half of it before getting bored or distracted and moving on to something else.

You need to keep them interested. People are more likely to share content when they see visuals attached, so add shareable videos and images! Make sure you're using different kinds of media as well - remember that people get bored if all your content looks the same or has a similar tone.

Types of Content Forms

There are different types of content forms that you can use to keep people interested, too. These content forms include numerical lists, bullet points, and flowcharts.

Here are some of the content forms you could use:

Pictures

Utilize images/video content.

This type of content performs well because humans process visual information 60,000 times faster than text alone. Pictures are more likely to go viral because they are more shareable content forms that people will want to click on.

For example, if you're writing a blog post about how many ways there are to make iced coffee at home, consider creating an infographic or video with all the different methods of making cold brews! This way your content becomes even easier to share.

Screenshots

Screenshots are a nice way to show how something works.

Try using screenshots when you're teaching a new skill, showing off your content curation prowess, or anything else that's visual and interactive.

If you have an app with an especially great user interface, try strapping on your screen for some live action.

Memes

What are memes?

"An Internet meme is a content item that spreads rapidly from person to person via the internet, especially through social media."

If you're looking for an easy way to disseminate content across your networks or want people in those networks to share it with their friends and followers, this one's for you.

Memes are quick (generally under 60 seconds) humorous take on popular culture.

Infographics

Infographics combine photos and text to explain complicated topics visually. Infographics work well on social media sites like Pinterest or Instagram.

These are content that people will share. They're not just for blogs anymore- infographics have gone mainstream with publications like the New York Times or Time Inc. doing them regularly!

Charts

We all know what a pie chart looks like- but it can also be used to show the content of different sections on your website or how many hours each day you work out. Charts are a great content tool for businesses because they allow you to show a lot of information in a small space.

Videos

Video content is becoming more popular now because of how easy it is for someone to watch something instead of reading text.

A lot of marketers are using videos as well, so this could be an opportunity for you. Just make sure that if you're going to use video content, the quality isn't poor.

Always use high-resolution photos and videos

High-resolution photos and videos are a must. The content you produce should be the best it can be so that people will want to share it with their friends and family.

If someone gets too frustrated, they'll just close out of it, but if they're not interested in what's being said, then there's a good chance they won't bother watching or looking at anything at all.

Think about how content might look on different devices and make sure everything looks great no matter where somebody views it!

Offer Incentives

Incentives are a great idea since they will help the content you create stand out. The more you're willing to give away, the better it will make people want that content so much more!

Organize online contests

Organizing online contests are some of the strategies that content marketers can use to increase content sharing. A contest is a great way for people to get excited about your content and have them share it with others, just because they want more entries!

For example, maybe it's a contest or a prize giveaway with an end date. People can enter by completing certain tasks related to your content marketing campaign.

Partner with companies

Partnering with companies can be a content marketing strategy that content marketers can use to increase content sharing. There are many ways for content marketers and companies to partner together, but it comes down to being mutually beneficial.

Other companies might help you promote content, or your content might help them reach their target audience. Partnering with companies also helps to promote content that people will share.

For example, one way is by creating a piece of sponsored content where the company will help cover the cost in return for exposure on your blog or website.

Review the final product

It's important to look back and see if you included what is necessary to make content go viral. Reviewing the final product is a good way to make sure content is shareable and ready for the public.

If you have a large audience, it can be beneficial to do an A/B test on different headlines or content samples before publishing content. This will help ensure that your content goes viral if possible.

Importance of revisiting one’s work

Why is it crucial to review your finished work?

You should review the final product to see if what you created was good enough for others to share. Revisiting past work ensures that everything was done properly while striving towards achieving success through positive feedback online!

Revisiting one's work is also necessary to improve the content in the future. If everything was done correctly, you can quickly move on and create more content for your audience!

Be objective

Be objective on your content. It is important to be objective on content because it will allow you to see if the content was good. Your content could have made several mistakes, so take some time away from your work before viewing it again!

By being more detached and looking at things in an unbiased way, you can determine whether or not everyone else would have the same opinion on content.

If there were mistakes, try to figure out why they happened and how to prevent them from occurring again in future content. Denying that a mistake was made could cause you problems later on at other times when creating content!

Ask for a second opinion

It doesn't hurt to get a second opinion on content before publishing it to ensure everything was done properly.

After all, the content is being created for a specific audience. They should want to know that content marketing efforts are worthwhile.

Moreover, content that is useful or entertaining for a specific audience will get shared and read.

How to Measure High-Quality Contents' effectivity?

Once you've published your content, it would make sense to measure its effectiveness. Use content marketing metrics to determine whether or not your content is being read, shared, and engaged with.

Measure your contents’ performance against your goals

Consider the content's reach and engagement.

For example, if your goal is to generate leads, you should measure how many people opened an email or clicked on a link in the content.

If it was to increase brand awareness, maybe you would measure impressions and sentiment feedback received from readers of the content.

Identify Key Performance Indicators

Key performance indicators are the content marketing metrics that will help you determine whether or not your content is succeeding.

Identifying your key performance indicators will help you determine whether content marketing is achieving its goals, and if not, what areas to improve.

Marketing Goals

It's important to set marketing goals when you're content marketing.

Your goals will dictate the type of content to create, how much time and resources should be allocated for content creation, if content needs to change to adapt to changes in your target audience or industry trends, etc.

What are some examples of general marketing goals?

- Increase brand awareness.

- Generate leads for the sales team by creating content that is optimized for conversions.

- Improve customer service response rates or average resolution time using content to help customers self‐serve online.

Ranking on Google

Any content that drives more visitors back to your website from where they found you can help increase site visits and improve SEO rankings. The ranking on Google is a complex algorithm, so content that ranks well on Google can be a combination of quality content and other factors.

The best way to rank better in search results is to write content for your audience first with an SEO strategy second. It sounds simple, but it does work! You should even consider what types of words you are using in the content. If you are writing content that is too technical for your audience, then it won’t be found in the search results.

Increasing customer engagement

This is how many comments are generated per every 100 views or likes content gets to determine if readers engage with content.

This measurement must include more than just Facebook Likes; because it will give you data for other types of engagement such as retweets and shares rather than just Likes which don't always translate into any kind of engagement.

Increasing your customer engagement is one of the best ways to measure content marketing success.

Engagement is a combination of likes, shares, and comments on your content.

One way you can increase engagement among readers is by creating content that will make them want to share it with their friends or family members such as infographics, videos, and pictures.

The more people engage with content, the better it is for your brand.

Improving brand awareness

Brand awareness is the number of people who recognize your brand's name. Improving brand awareness is important because it helps you identify what content works well and gives people a better idea of how to use content marketing. It also means that your content is doing its job in boosting sales or increasing conversions for the company.

Although social media has made content sharing easier, creating shareable content can be challenging. That's why many content marketers use content writing services to help them create content that people will want to share.

If you're trying to improve the content and increase brand awareness, you and your employees need to understand why content is so important.

Increasing conversion

"Conversion" is defined as content that leads to the desired outcome, such as newsletter subscriptions or sales.

Increasing conversion is the primary goal of content marketing and should be the focus for content writers.

Although there are many different goals that content marketers want to reach, such as increasing brand awareness or improving customer satisfaction, conversion is what content writers need to achieve to succeed.

One way that content writing services can help you create more effective content is by providing tips and content ideas based on the latest trends and best practices.

When content writers know what works, they can use those effective techniques in your content to improve its effectiveness as well as conversions.

Lead Generation

Lead generation, as defined by content writing services, is the process of content creation that leads readers to take the desired action. It can also mean the number of people who opened an email or clicked on a link in the content. This can also be measured by measure the number of conversions from content clicks.

It allows a content writer to create content focused on attracting and converting leads for your product or services through organic search, social media, email marketing campaigns as well as other techniques needed to acquire new customers.

By using lead generation techniques for your content writing, you can improve the effectiveness and overall quality of content that gets produced because people are more attracted to useful information.

Sales

Sales are the final step in content marketing. Sales are the product or service you're selling online with the content used to support that sale.

Once you've started thinking about content in terms of sales, your content will improve. You'll be able to create quality content that people share and want to read because it's useful for them.

Readers retention/loyalty

Your audience should not get tired of you! You need a mix of content. People get bored with the content that is always the same or content they've seen before.

Keep your readers' attention by understanding your audience and engaging them through content marketing messages.

Readers retention and loyalty is content marketing and content writing at its best.

Up-sell/Cross-Sell

Upselling or cross-selling content can help you make more money. It's a great way to try and get the reader to buy something else that they were not initially looking for but would be interested in after reading it.

Create a spreadsheet for Tracking

Tracking data is a content marketing technique used to measure your content's reach and engagement.

It allows you to see what audiences are responding best, which content is the most popular, and where there might be a need for improvement in content quality or distribution strategy.

Gather data

Data gathering will help you create content that is relevant to your target audience. It will give you a content marketing strategy for maximizing your content distribution and engagement.

Data gathering is the most important step in content creation, so make sure you do it right!

Automate data collection

Automating your data collection will save you a lot of time and effort. You will be able to track content performance, identify profitable content types quickly, and create content relevant to your target audience based on real-time data from the web.

If you implement a content marketing automation program, it will ensure all of your content creation efforts work to support the company's bottom line by maximizing time spent creating quality content while minimizing the effort expended doing so.

Using automation also reduces human error, so it's crucial for all businesses!

Collect actionable metrics

Once you've collected enough data about your content marketing strategy, analyzing those reports can help determine what content performs better with different audiences - meaning more traffic or sales conversions.

Collecting actionable metrics will help you identify content types that are more engaging, determine how your content is performing on different channels and even identify new opportunities for content expansion.

Check if the goals are achieved

Measuring how well your content does in terms of engagements per post will give you an idea if any topics generate stronger emotional responses than others (which could lead to higher conversion rates).

You must check if goals are achieved as content is being created. As such, it is also necessary to review content quality regularly to figure out what resonated the best with your audience and why.

Once you have a content strategy in place, make sure that it works by checking if goals are achieved as content is being created.

Connect and learn from industry peers

Experienced industry peers are usually always willing to share content marketing lessons they have learned along the way.

Build relationships with industry professionals who may be able to refer traffic or sales leads back to your site in return.

Learning from industry peers is also important because content marketing is an ongoing process.

By learning from others, you can avoid the same mistakes they did and even borrow content ideas that proved to be successful with their audience too.

Conclusion

There are many different types of content you can create to tell your story, but remember: "Quality content takes time."

The more quality content you regularly produce, the better chance you'll have at going viral and sharing it across social media networks.

Hopefully, now you should find some inspiration to start creating quality content that people enjoy reading/sharing!
